KEN ADAMS
Ken has been a part of North Florida since early adolescence. He has served the contractor community in almost all lines of trade. Ken began as an apprentice and served as Project Manager for some of the most prominent home builders in the North Florida area. It was the sum collective of experiences and capabilities that uniquely qualified him to start KC CUSTOM. Currently Ken works with his son KC, making this a 4th generation business in Jacksonville, FL.

STEPHANIE GOODMAN
As Director of Operations at KC Custom, Stephanie joined the team in 2023, bringing extensive management experience in both the electrical and property management industries. She works closely with clients, vendors, and the project team to keep each project running smoothly from start to finish. Known for her thoughtful, detail-driven approach, Stephanie values clear communication, trust, and long-term relationships. She oversees operations, finances, and project coordination, serving as a consistent and trusted point of contact throughout the process.

Before joining the family business, KC spent several years working with national builders, gaining valuable experience across all phases of construction. Holding a finance degree from the University of North Florida and a General Contractor’s license, KC offers a balanced approach to building that blends planning, precision, and execution. A Jacksonville native, he has a deep passion for enhancing homes and neighborhoods he has known his entire life. His favorite part of the process is seeing ideas and effort turn into a finished, high-quality product.
